Sleeping posture for sciatica to follow?
What is good sleeping posture for sciatica,  which reduces the pain during sleeping in bed. Can I follow the sleeping posture given in the picture? Ur suggestion for this.

Yes u can follow attached picture for sleeping posture.. It will reduce the pain and feel comfortable while sleeping.

Best treatment for sciatica is rest. Sleeping with pillow placed below legs is quite helpful. It can even be done in left lateral position. It is very well shown in the picture.
