Jeera is a drug which can be taken anytime and for any no.of days,can discontinue any time.,and continue whenever necessary.Usually one tsf twice a day with water,jaggery or buttermilk,or with first morsel of rice with pinch of salt and ghee.

Hello dear piles treatment is not possible by taking only  cumin seeds, Take Abhayarista 4 tsf bid with equal amount of water after meals, Apply Jatyadi ghrit locally

Jeera is not for piles ....It's for digestion .....When u hav constipation it's increases ur problm of piles .....thts y most imp. thinks here is ....1st u cure ur constipation .....
