How to cure post nasal discharge. And how to remove excess of mucus that stuck in throat in phyrnx??

Having chest pain / heaviness since last 4 months, sometimes at the centre left of the chest, sometimes at centre right. Taken gelusil several times but no improvement. Have been taking 15ml giloy, tulsi and 1gm ashwagandha powder with hot water daily since last 4 months. What problem is this, which tests to be done?

Hello, I am attaching report and I have thyroid problem and i am taking 50mg tablet from last 1 year. Now Dr. Suggested me increase the dose. I am little bit worries about it and vitamin D is 23. I am doing yoga from last 1 and half month specially for thyoird but nothing happened and have started taken some Ayurvedic medicine for thyoird along with that tablets. Ple SWase suggest

I am suffering from right side upper chest pain from last more then 15 days... I did all the test all normal chest X-ray normal ecg normal taken pain killer and other muscle relaxer.. Nowadays taking physiotherapy but it work sometime sometime not...
