I would not suggest a single drup therapy right away for PCOS, as it is not a single disease, it is a complex of symptoms. It is fundamentally a metabolic problem. Without correction of the metabolic pathway and lifestyle, consuming any medicine will be useless as the drug will not be digested and absorbed properly.
