Can I take brahmi(bacopa) capsules to help me with long study hours. Are there any side effects? I have been told it helps prove alertness.

Could you please tell me which vegetables and lentils should we totally avoid in acidity or gastric problem? (Can i eat rajma chawal and poha?)

I have some heart palpitation and causing anxiety or vise verse. This is happening only after lockdown. I also have some acidity / indigestion issue. i have some weird feeling in my chest and checked pulse, oxygen level and bp, everything seems to be normal. Please help me to get out of this I'm having some unusuaL feeling and should overcome this. Due to this I cannot sleep at nights. Please help me. Note: before lockdown I didn't have any such issues.

Hi I have started applying mixture of rosemary, lavender, tea tree, peppermint essential oil diluted under jojoba oil for hair nourishment for to counter hair loss, can i apply this on face for good beard as well or will it cause any harm. Thanks in advance.

I have been experiencing reflux lately causing middle chest pain and back aches and I have been experiencing loss of balance.
