I am having dull pain above belly button. Did Upper GI endoscopy. Everything came normal. Doctor suspect mild Colitis. Usually I feel only dull pain every now and then. If I am busy with activities ai don't feel discomfort. But when alone and stressed I feel  pain and discomfort and get scary. Apart from these I don't have other issues. Can it be treated permanently? Dull pain has very irritating sometimes. Please help.

Daily just Woking up and itching right side nose and ear.. Sneezing for 10 to 15 times. And with this loosing nerves control right side from head to right led also.. Nerves getting weekness.. With frequently sneezing.. Please advice me good ayurveda medicine.

Now we started to go to office and we do not know that with whom we cone across everday...therefore as a precaution..I am taking revital h, tulsi ghanvati,ashwagandha and ghilo ghanvati and also I am taking amrit noni as i am detected with diabetes.. readings are 110 and 152..and also i am taking telma 40 for BP..I do urinating 3 to 4 times in night...since 15days.. can I take bhoomyamalakki powder everday for my urine issues and always as an extra immunity ..kindly advise

I have Muscle pain and Joints Pain Weakness and Tiredness.. Sometimes wil be there and sometimes it wil be not there.. but weakness and tiredness feel like always there.. All test done.. CBC Urine test Kidney function test Lipid ESR Vitamin B12 Vitmaind D but Vitmain D is 13.7 took uprise d3 3 months Trigercylides 220.. but still muscle pain and Joints Pain and weakness tiredness remains the same.. if I take pain killer it wil be reduced when ever I get.. what to do any suggestion.. is this because of Anxiety..

I have constipation and bloating due to low b.p  and sleep disorder 120/65. I am taking brahmi vati with triphala tab 4tab bid and bed time issabgol. But i have to take pan-d allopathy medicine. Kindly suggest alternative in ayurvedic. I have taken gaisantak vati, avipattikar churn, amlapittantak churn empty stomach but it aggravate body heat. No help. Kindly suggest empty stomach any other tab of baidyanath company only.
