Is Shadanga Paniya Kashaya Choorna and Shadangam Kashaya Choornam are the same? Doctor prescribed Shadangam Kashaya Choorna but shop has Shadanga Paniya Kashaya Choorna. Please let me know if both are the same. Thank you for your support!

I have meningioma in spinal cord since 2002 , surgery 5 time of cord, they clean it and it reoccurred in a year, in 5th surgery it becomes hard to remove for doctors since it is a bening tumor they leave it as it is. now tumor grown in brain doctor said for surgery but lockdown start and tumor keep growing it was 52*33*39 in November 2019 now in june 2020 its 63*45*45 any ayurvedic treatment for tumor to stop growing ?
