Which company of Ashwagandha tablet is best?? i.e pure form which can be more beneficial or more effective

I have constipation and bloating due to low b.p  and sleep disorder 120/65. I am taking brahmi vati with triphala tab 4tab bid and bed time issabgol. But i have to take pan-d allopathy medicine. Kindly suggest alternative in ayurvedic. I have taken gaisantak vati, avipattikar churn, amlapittantak churn empty stomach but it aggravate body heat. No help. Kindly suggest empty stomach any other tab of baidyanath company only.

Hi doctor Just want to check if there is any side effect of kadha.i used to have milk turmeric daily but it didn't suit my body and my stomach used to get upset so I left having it.
