Cough and weak digestion
I have cough problem..easily catches flu..weak digestion whenever take heat type food feels so hotness in body and sweat a lot..stool not solid it's loose type..muscles become loose no stamina..tires easily when do exercise I tire easily..Cough remain in my throat..cant digest milk even and non veg..it's affecting my stamina..mind and family life..it's like kapha and pitta I think..plz help

U take cooked vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts everyday. Drink enough water,buttermilk,everyday. Avoid fastfood,bakeryfoods,preserved foods,spicy oily foods.nonveg. Walk exercise yoga everyday for an hour. Take laghusuthashekara ras one tab twice a day before food for 15 days and call for followup.
