Constipation & weak digestion
I am having constipation and indigestion problem from last 1 year. I had started taking dabur triphala tablets from last 1 week 2 tab after dinner. I am feeling well after taking this tablets. How long should i take this tablets for how many months ?

Hello dear, don't take daily,it is temporarily treatment,Manage constipation by taking natural products, fibres rich diet etc

Hello sir. .. U can take these tab with warm water for maximum 3 months daily.. But after some time ur vata doshas can be disturb.. U may experience other problems so I would suggest you to do some diet and lifestyle changes so that later on u can reduce the dose and duration of tablet...
Health Tips
Eat fibre rich diet... Carrots will be good... Avoid packed, dry, cold foods and drink... Drink lukewarm  water if possible... Includes simple walking for 20 minutes after meal And daily walking at morning...
