For relief in pregnency in 2nd trimester
I am in pregnency of 20 weaks. I feel nuasa and vomating tendency. I am taking all prescribed medicine that doctor has given me. Please suggest something how to overcome this problem

Eat small and frequent meals...avoid oily spicy and junk food. Dont drink water after or just before the meal.

walk for atleast 5 to 10 minutes after meal rest in left lateral for 10 minutes after food

U eat one apple or coconut water before getting up ur bed in morning specially .....

avoid all spicy or masala food ...avoid curd ,cold drinks ,or cold water,.......u should eat only light food or juices or fruits specially pomegranate ....it helps u
