After eating food don't drink water atleast up to 1 hrs.........Avoid curd ,spices,masala,coffee,chilli,cold items,heavy food in night time........Take ajwain water if bloating occurs ...... Take avipattikar churna 10gm in night after 2 hrs of meal with hot water....... Agnitundi vati before meal 1tab with hot water
