How to do steam inhalation, what things we need to add in the hot water and to take steam inhalation.

Me 36M and my daughter 8F suffering from alergic sneezing. Sneezing at early mornings and nights I've thia problem from past 6years My daughter from 3 past years Can some one suggest any solution in ayurvedic?

I am male of 34 year old, height -5.8, weight -54. I have bloating since last 1year after bells palsy recover. Allopathy doctor say muscle weak they given unienzyme tablet twice 2 bid with anxiety medicine . But no relief. In morning two much bloating. Firstly i have to take two gas medicine aciloc  300 mg then pan d. Then i choose ayurvedic in ayurvedic i relief paushtik rasyan after meal but after meal i have pain of gas whole body. I have taken hingwastak, avipattikar, triphala, ajmodadi churn, sootshekhar, liverex, kumaryasa, abhyarishta but still heavy stomach. I have skin burn after triphala and hingwastak and body pain. I relief little relief sauf chewing after meal. In ayurvedic is any  medicine i have two time bloating after meal and empty stomach morning only.

Greetings of the day!! Hope you are doing well. I wanted to ask regarding my hairfall, as I watch your videos on youtube regarding Ayurveda treatment. I was being treated by dermotoligist before and had minoxdyl and finax in my treatment which was effective but I don't wanted to have it for life long as they reduced the hairfall but didn't stopped it. I was going through the products of Dr vaidya's and got a call from their doctor for consulting me to use their product herbogro powder and oil and with few tablets for three months. Kindly advise me what should I do, as of now I am applying onion juice oil with coconut oil thrice a week but after stopping the medication of minoxdyl and finax it's been 7 months now my hairs are falling.
