I am male 35years old.  Height 5.8ft, weight-54 have bloating after meal and arround 3 pm at night too much bloating and no motion in morning. I am taking mulethi and sootshekhar ras after meal 2bd and bed time triphala but when bloating again i have to take triphala empty stomach then only 50% motion come and hand burning .
