How to increase strength and stamina..what should I eat to get better stamina and power ..any product for some days

I have few lumps on my Scrotum area. I Wanted to know if there are non surgical treatment for these.

From last four- five days i am suffering from very light pain in different parts of abdomen especially while laying down in night or sometimes when i woke up. Today i felt pain (bearable pain) where our lungs connected (centre) and thn pain goes down below that is four fingers above navel( it lasts long for 10 minuts) ... Medicines are not working...i think either i have navel displacement or kodi/kaudi.. i am also suffering from indigestion/acidity and gas... I am looking for best home remedy. I don't want to go to people who treat navel displacement by pushing or blowing legs. Please help me. And what food precautions i should take. Ps- I don't feel like loss of appetite and i don't have gallstone

Why my headache and head pressure triggers on top my head while I practise kapalbhati pranayam.i have had severe headache with head pressure while reading ,then I had my eye test.my right eye is -1.0 and left eye is -0.5.but after wearing the glass also I am facing a severe pressure on top of my head.i was practicing pranayam for betterment but yesterday I realized that I am facing the sudden pressure while doing kapalbhati.

I had a small (2mm) concretion detected in right kidney 3 months back in u/s. I have been taking homeopathic medicine since then. Earlier there was always a dull pain at the right kidney side. Now that dull pain has become on and off. Sometimes it comes and then goes away. I am not sure if the stone had passed and whether pain is due to new ones or old one. Is there any Ayurvedic remedy for the same ?
