Can a healthy person have kachnar guggulu? After food 2 times a day. Someone who suspects fibrocystic breast problems? Breast are painful also. Irregular periods.. dasmoolarishta and kachnar guggulu?

Hi doctor, I'm having irregular periods and doc suggest me to take sugumara kashayam before food 2 times a day along with 2 tablets to eat after food. Can I eat oats /Kellogg's and fish during these medicines. Please suggest me the food I should not take

Hello Doctor , Is ASHOKARISHTA good to fix the delayed irregular period  (3 month) ? In Many Website It Is Saying That When You Consume Ashokarishta It Will Cause Delayed Period. Hi I have gas problem from last few month ..I do not have any indiegestion problem only gas problem is their ,Sometime when gas is not passed then it creat discomfort, I have this problem from last 4-5 month ,I eat moderate food only made in home ,not outside food ,drink 1 cup of coffee in day only.I had grade 2 piles ,last month I undergo laser treat of piles so right now I don't have piles.only have gas problem Pradeep
