1. Can we eat Jaggery powder everyday and how much quantity should we take per day? ( It's been so long we are not eating refined sugar , we are using jaggery powder in milk and one spoon of jaggery three times a day after every meal...Today i read somewhere that it increases blood sugar and has same effect as refined sugar. Hence , i am asking this) 2. Is it ok to drink pomegranate juice in morning with stuffed roti or poha? ( i drink coconut water , eat nuts and fruits before my breakfast...every day i eat stuffed roti and sometimes poha... yeh suki cheeze hai(these are dry kind of food) which makes acidity and i can't have curd with it due to acidity...I think Curd and salt are also not good friends) so Please give solution for it. It will be so helpful. Sorry for such a long question.

I m having center chest pain & it went to left side from last 5 months. After eating I feel very heavy stomach & burps & food coming in my throat.pain in left shoulder & sometime in back also. Little irritation in throat everytime & mucus coming in throat. I have done ECG & CHEST XRAY both r normal. Last year I faced GERD problem but after 15 days medication it was cured. Can this problem be cured permanently in ayurveda plz help me. I am really irritated now..

Hello Doctor! I have been infected in Oct 2019 near the buttocks region and I have used some antibiotics and homeo medicine for cure. Now again a sort of tear or hole has been formed between the buttocks line( as in the image attached). 1.Can you please suggest if diet can help in healing and 2.y this infection is affecting again near the same region? Your suggestions are highly valued.

Drinking tea or coffee or only milk is good or bad during when u have cough and I had chest conjunction and getting pain in chest is reduced and only having cough now after taking medicine ,what to do now, continue medicine as shown in picture or consult doctor again

Hi, I have an allergy for many years now My symptoms are runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, so every time it happens I just take 1 tablet of motekulast at night and next day I am fine. so on average I take 3-4 tablets a month so, I am trying to get some permanent solution for this allergy issue. One doctor suggested me 1.yashtimadhu vati tab, 2.sitopaladi churna, 3.haridra khand churna for 15 days Would these above 3 be permanent solution? please help
