I want to make curry leaves hair oil from dried curry powder as raw curry leaves is not available. Please tell how many tablespoon of curry leaves powder will have to mix with one cup of  coconut oil . ?????

I am 26 years old male. Hair density of one portion has become very thin while rest of the part of my head hair density is thick. So , please tell a ayurvedic medicine or home remedy to regrow hair on that portion so that on that portion hair becomes thick like another portion. Picture has been attached.

In advertisement I see many herbal hair oil or hair serum to regrow hair on bald area or area where thin hair. Is it true or is it only loss of money ???

I m 21 healthy Male. I workout and take whey protein for muscle recovery. I m thinking of taking true basics KSM 66 ashwagandha 600 mg tablet daily for muscle strength and to reduce muscle damage. Is it safe to take this supplement everyday? If so what's the ideal dosage? And how long can this be taken?
