Hello Doctor , Is ASHOKARISHTA good to fix the delayed irregular period  (3 month) ? In Many Website It Is Saying That When You Consume Ashokarishta It Will Cause Delayed Period. And I Didn't Get Any Articles That It Help In Delayed Irregular Period. So I Am Bit Confused That To Take This medicine Or Not. Please Help.

Hello, Ashokarishta controls heavy bleeding . In case periods are delayed then you should take Kumarasav 3 spoons in half cup of water and along with that Evecare tablet 2-2 . In case the gas still persists then meet a doctor In Ayurveda we have very good treatment for this problem. Ashokaristha is helpful in irregular periods n in delayed period along with Rajahpravartini vati 2 tab twice. It is always advisable to first find root cause of delay like hormonal imbalance,  PCOD, Thyroid etc. In Ayurveda we treat through Prakrati Analysis

Don't worry, Ashokarisht is a good medicine for irregular periods. You may also take Draksharishth( two spoons) after meal BD.
