I am using Ashokarishta daily 3 teaspoon full from 4th jan 2018. after meals morning and evening
as i had irregular mensis before
Can i expect mensis on time using daily
that is end of this month or starting week of febraury ?

It all depends on severity of your problem and the imbalance of doshas in your body. You should take Ashokarista after food with equal amount of water.
