When can i expect mensis

i had no mensis before from september to november 2017
Recently in december 2017 last week i had mensis and ended up in jan 2018 1st week.
m taking 3 tablespoonful of ashokarishta daily after meals from january 1st week. so when i can expect my mensis
Can i expect this month last ending week or feb 1st week
what if my problem is severe in absentism of mensis.. When can i expect my mensis by taking ashokarishta daily ?

Irregular of menses is due to imbalance in hormones and imbalance of hormones is due to many reasons including weight gain and obesity . What may be the reason but Ashokarista is helpful in regulating the menses but it's not the treatment ,only the supportive medicine. U should consult your doctor for the cause of irregular menses.
