Hi dr ashokarishta and ACV APPLE CIDER VINEGAR taking together is make problem for period please help beacause its delay my periods my periods date was on 18 but till now tere was no periods only Brest tenderness is there i am felling hard brest and little pain in my brest from last week please help me why this was happening.
