I'm taking these medicine for my problem Konch k beej churna , rasayanvati and shilajit rasayan vati can affects sleep or not..Help me out.. Because I'm taking it and unable to asleep I'm night...What I do..Should I stopped it .Which is affecting sleep in above ..help

Can height growth pills stop I growth or stunt height growth... Or other side effects...or what age boys and girls height growth... Please  try to tell me the exact age..

For the last couple of months, I'm experiencing some visual problems like seeing bright spots, increases entoptic phenomenon, seeing black shadow in dim light, seeing a kind of white lightly bright light in various shapes etc which my ophthalmologist concluded that part of a migraine aura. From my childhood, I have the problem of seeing floaters in eyes. Since the condition is only mild, my doctors advised me not to undergo any surgical treatment. But this is really causing me irritation especially when looking at bright objects in sunlight or plane backgrounds. I would like to know if there is any cure for this floaters in Ayurveda or if there is anything i can do to naturally get rid of this. Thank you in advance.

Advise me vata plus pitta Dasha correcting diet... As my nadi vaid diagnosed, that I am having vata and pitta dosha in my body... I am confused which diet and herbs and liquid suits both the condition so asking advise... Help kindly advise I have 2 dosha.. Generally people have one but in my case both dosha different and their diet also.. So how I have to choose diet I am not sure about it
