Hello dear. Your baby is 4 months that means to may be breastfeeding. All the essentials are taken up by the baby via milk. So you need regular calcium supplements till you breastfeed. You can continue with the same you had during pregnancy. Also instead of potli massage you can apply Bala tail and massage all over it will help you regain strength.

If more assistance is needed do reaxh back and we can talk about it

Post partum backache in females is not an uncommon condition . Along with potali massage you need to supplement vitamin d calcium ,Iron and protein rich diet ,regular mild exercise , posture correction . For potali ingredients it’s better to buy kolokullatthadi powder from market . And if you want to prepare yourself then take garlic , methi, ajwain, one part each and paste made of erand / castor leaves roasted in oil 3 parts to make a pottali. For further query you can contact me . Thanks
