Hello Ma'am don't worry Take Tab Triphala Himalaya drug 2 at night with Lukewarm water for 7 days,Then Take Arogya Vardhini Vati 2 tabs bid, Shatavari Himalaya drug etc ,U can use Ubtan of Besan,haldi,jai Ka aata 1-1 tsf,lal Chandan 1/2 tsf, Curd 1 tsf + 5-6 drops of Kumkumadi oil,All the best God help you
