Dark spots can be due to hormonal imbalance, vitamin deficiency etc...need to evaluate in detail...you can start with tab neem 1 bd n apply kumkumaditail in night before sleeping...avoid sun exposure...consult through practo for further treatment
1) kindly provide more details like.duration of your complaints,your menstrual history,are you vegetarian or both,marital status.....any other complaints like constipation etc.
2) if only from a wk than just apply lemon+besan+turmaric+rose water. as face wash daily.
