Yes u can use the combination of karpoora n neem. Preferably u can use virgin coconut oil. Yes to some extent it helps relieving dark spots . Depends on what type of origin is the dark spot like age related or due to pimples or post any skin issues . Anti aging papayas serve good . Internal or external use .
