Dark spots on cheek+ forehead + back
2 years ago i got bumps on back and forehead and then thier marks , i visited dermatologist , he told me it was because of dandruff , he gave me shampoo, and creams Now i don't have dandruff but there is marks on my whole back and few months ago i got pigmented spots left by pimples on cheeks too , how do i remove both these marks

Hi, don't get panicky ...only thing is you should not touch those eruptions. Don't remove anything from them.  Marks what you have need to be taken care of. Please share photos on my what's app.  Need to know them correctly before suggesting any local or internal medications.  Need to know your Prakruti ( Body type) How is your dandruff now ? Is it under control ? To get pimples at this age group is quite normal.  But it should not leave mark on the face.

As explained by you , You have pitta dosha imbalance. You need to take Haridra khand Along with Mahamanjishtarisht. And you will be absolutely fine

pigmentation due to acne is deep routed and layers of skin gets pigmented ,to lightning the pigmentation ayurvedic potali facial is advised ,as well as improving diet will protect skin from further damage ,hydration is equally important .take lots of fruits and water.
