Hi Your mother can follow normal diet for the healing of the wound and stitches will already enhance the repair of the wound faster there are some good external applications treatment which will help to increase the process of healing much faster in Ayurveda she can undergo those if she like avoid more exposure to water to the area to avoid cross infection and for further enquiry please do a online consultation
