After recovering from typhoid fever...how to take himalaya guduchi tablet.. which is best method... before food or after food?

I am feeling like some thing stuck in my throat after taking meal (any type) for last six months. Also I feel bloating rarely.. recently for last 10 days am having hemorrhoids also. Blood in stool and severe pain during motion. Doing sit bath and taking isapgol and very light improvement. Please suggest good ayurvedic doctor. I heard about Dr. Piyush from Ghaziabad.

Is there any treatment available for chronic pancreatitis ? It's 10 yrs old disease of 23 years young boy.. No liquor or any other outside bad habits... Kindly suggest
