Suffering from bloating with fever for the past 3 days. No shivering or chills. Fever temperature maximum goes till 102. Gave him two paracetamol so far in the span of last 2 days. The fever is low in the morning and high in the evening. Bloating is excessive. Burping constantly. Can anyone suggest how to go about his treatment?
