I am taking bakuchi powder with honey since 1 month, some time i am suffering drom abdomen pain in a upper abdomain. what bakuchi has side effect?

I do swishing with fitkari water regularly in the morning and evening. It controls my toothache and mouth ulcer. Pls.advise if there is some side effects of fitkari water if using continuously. Pls.note that i don't use fitkari powder instead i put whole raw fitkari in the water and then shake it for 30 seconds and then do swishing for 30 seconds only.
