My mom had a pimple like painful projection appeared on her left leg sole 2 days before.Its very painful to walk. She also had similar thing few months before but it disappeared once she immersed her feet in hot salt water. Now again this appeared. Please tell me what is it and suggest me some medicine as I'm finding it difficult to move out with her due to the Covid situation. The image attached below

I am male of 34 year old, height-5.8ft,  weight-54kg.I have body pain, skin burn, bloating, constipation. I relief by ashwagandha only tablet or churn with draksharista and night issabgol. but it produce heat. So i am taking dimag paushtik rasayan(brahmi, ashwagandha, makardhwaj(all 100mg)and jatamansi. But this two tablet relief but skin burn so i am taking only 1tab., Can i take ashwagandharista in place of dimag paushtik rasayan.Will ashwagandharista syrup increase pitta or not.

My daughter of 2.5 years of age and weight 13kg suffering from constipation from last month. She poops once in 3 days.. Is zandu nityam powder usefull for My baby. Kindly advice
