only blood purifier is not sufficient to treat acne and pimples. You need some local application also.

First of all it is very important to know what is the cause of acne . It could be because of constipation , eating unhealthy food , before the periods acne occur or because of excessive oily skin. Always first find the cause and take medicines after consulting a doctor.
