Pimples,acne spots problem
I have many pimples and acne in my back neck. These pimples leave spots.please give me some suggestion what should I do for this what is the reason behind this,what should I eat which type of food I eat.

Khadirarishta 4 tsf twice a day with equal amount of water after meals regularly for 3 months..
