Skin pigmentation could be because of exposure of skin to the sun , low haemoglobin , low vitamin b12 and low vitamin D3 also. Get your parameters checked and eat a healthy diet rich in milk , milk products , fruits and vegetables. Use a good sunscreen with SPF 50 to avoid pigmentation and if still they do not go plz meet a dermatologist.
