My father is suffering from liver cirhosis disease. He is 64 years old and right now hemoglobin is also low and with mild ascites. Can anyone please tell me good ayurvedic medicine for the disease so that I can order online like Patanjali , SDM etc. We are taking allopathy treatment now .

Can we have kachnar guggulu and dasmoolarishta together? Both are supposed to be have after food 2 times. So is it okay to take together?
