Difficulty in falling asleep, sometimes wont get sleep for straight 2-3 days. Too many thoughts rushing in brain. Meditation also not helping. Pls help with some ayurvedic medicines/remedy.

कफ क्षीण हुआ है ऐसे व्यक्तियों में भैंस का दुध कफवर्धन करके निद्रानाश कम करने वाला होता है.
अन्य कफवर्धक पदार्थोंका उपयोग भी निद्रानाश के लिए होता है, उसका योग्य वैद्यकीय सलाह से उपयोग करें.
