Severe insomnia
Difficulty in falling asleep, sometimes wont get sleep for straight 2-3 days. Too many thoughts rushing in brain. Meditation also not helping. Pls help with some ayurvedic medicines/remedy.

*निद्रानाश के लिए कुछ उपाय* महीषिक्षिरं स्वप्नजननानामं । (च.सु.) कफ क्षीण हुआ है ऐसे व्यक्तियों में भैंस का दुध कफवर्धन करके निद्रानाश कम करने वाला होता है. अन्य कफवर्धक पदार्थोंका उपयोग भी निद्रानाश के लिए होता है, उसका योग्य वैद्यकीय सलाह से उपयोग करें. *बाह्योपचार* :- नित्य तेल से अभ्यंग करना, उद्वर्तन, स्नान आदि का योग्य सलाह से उपयोग किया जाय तो निद्रानाश में उपयोग होगा. *मन के लिए उपाय*:- प्राणायाम, अनुलोम विलोम इन अष्टांग योग का उपयोग यम नियम का पालन मनके आरोग्य के लिए कर सकते है. शिरोधारा, घी का नस्य, तर्पण, मन पे काम करनेवाली औषधियों का उपयोग आदि उपक्रमों का मनोदुष्टिजन्य निद्रानाश में किया जा सकता है.
