Every night it takes me atleast 2 hrs to fall asleep, even if I am tired the entire day and don't even take naps. What might be the reason! It is very frustrating

If you are using cell phone then please keep ot away at least 2 feet away from you when you sleep .because the rays of cell phone disturb your sleep.
2nd use badam rogan oil as nasal drop before sleep.(2,3 drops)
3rd start meditation before sleep.
