Please try following general treatment for 1 month -
Dashmooladi kwath 10 ml + 2 tabs Chandraprabha vati early morning empty stomach. Avoid food for 30 mins after taking the medicine.
Ashwagandha pak 10 gms with honey/cow's milk twice a day empty stomach.
Ashwagandharishta 10 ml with equal amount of water before bed at night.
