Anxiety issue, severe sleep disturbances
I had anxiety disorder 2 years ago. I took allopathy medicines for almost 8 months and I was fine after that. Now after almost 1 year I am having little anxiety issues. Though my anxiety is not that severe, I still get few anxiousness unnecessarily irrespective of the situation. And I have been having this sleep disturbances issues since many more. I need a good night sleep. I want to try medicines without side effects. Can someone please advise?

Can start on Tab Medha vati - 1 tab twice daily with warm milk at night Ashwagandha capsule- once daily Saraswathi aristha- 4 tsp with equal quantity of water twice daily after food
