Hi doc, I have trouble falling in sleep if at all I fall asleep soon, I wake up within 3to4hrs n awake for atleast 1 to 2 hrs (at midnight ) later on again my sleep resumes.....plz help me to stay in sleep n falling in sleep...

Please walk for 20-30 minutes after taking ur dinner .. also pls take ur dinner early around 7.30-8 .. take light food night time especially.. Pls massage ur foot n toes well before going to bed

Don't overthink about it. Keep calm , be relax . When your brain is calm then you will easily sleep in deep sleep. Fix your daily routine, do exercise, pranayam, meditation daily it will be very helpful for your health as well as for your deep sleep. Don't overthink, avoid late night mobile -tv use.

If you have sleep issue then use badam rogan oil one tea spoon with milk before sleep And use badam rogan oil as nasal drops (2,3 drops before sleep) :-Do two yoga alom vilom and kapalbhati at least for  15 minute empty stomach in morning :- do meditation before sleep
