Five hours of sleep is generally insufficient for optimal health. To improve your sleep duration: Fix a Schedule: Sleep and wake up at the same time daily. Limit Stimulants: Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and screens 2 hours before bed. Create a Relaxing Routine: Try warm milk, herbal tea, or meditation before bed. Optimize Sleep Environment: Keep the room cool, dark, and quiet. Exercise Regularly: Light evening walks help, but avoid intense workouts at night. If waking up persists, consider Ashwagandha or Brahmi at night for relaxation. 😊
