Hello Sir/Madam
It is believed that sleeping for 7 to 8 hours is important for good health..
I ve seen that once I fall asleep, I wake up after 5 hours and I try to fall asleep again to cover for the remaining two hours, but it takes atleast one to one and a half hours to fall asleep after 5 hours of sleep
Is 5 hours sufficient or what can I do to sleep for 7 hours at a stretch
Kindly suggest
Thanks

Five hours of sleep is generally insufficient for optimal health. To improve your sleep duration:
Fix a Schedule: Sleep and wake up at the same time daily.
Limit Stimulants: Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and screens 2 hours before bed.
Create a Relaxing Routine: Try warm milk, herbal tea, or meditation before bed.
Optimize Sleep Environment: Keep the room cool, dark, and quiet.
Exercise Regularly: Light evening walks help, but avoid intense workouts at night.
If waking up persists, consider Ashwagandha or Brahmi at night for relaxation. ð
