Swarna Bhasma
Girl baby is 4 month old (born on 9 May). Thinking to take Swarna Bhasma for her. Unsure about quality and dosage. Which brands are best to buy and from where? How much dosage? Different doctors have different opinions on this on internet. I'm confused. Thanks in advance.

Swarna bhasma should not be given without examination of the patient by experienced ayurvedic doctor. If you are looking for immunity boosting swarnprashan is an option. Even swarnprashan has to be given under supervision of ayurvedic doctor.
Do not self medicate, it can cause adverse effects instead of intended effects.

Hello ,for quality you can go with dhootpapeshwar company. Two types of suvarna prashan once a month and other is regularly for few days . That depends on your view of using suvarna bhasma. Dose is depends on age as well body weight of baby . In this case I will recommend you to consult online or online with ayurvedic doctor.
