Generally ayurveda doctors prepare medicine and prashan for personal patients. If doctor is good and reputed then you really have no need to worry. Generally such prashan are better than those gmp certified because such doctors don't add preservatives and use good quality ingredients.

Better you ask the ingredients to the doctor from where you ordered this. Every company has some changes in ingredients. Basic contents are same. If it is prepared with proper method then it is absolutely safe to take. Everything depends upon the authenticity of the person or company.
