I have been using patanjali ashwagandha churan from past 4 5 days, and since then there is irregular bowel movement, I need to go 3 to 4 times . Is it related with ashwagandha?

U can take avipattikar churna 10gm with hot water night after 2 hrs of meal......
Avoid curd,masala,spices,junks,processed food,dairy products,or virudh ahaar vihaar. ....For immunity can take amrita rasayan 1tsf with Luke warm milk

Hello dear Evin Ashvagandha is Vat shamak but your nature is kaffa so Avoid and Take Satavarex Zandu or Cap/Tab Shatavari Himalaya drug 2 at morning with milk
