Gokshura and ashwagandha
Can i take gokshura and ashwagandha together at night before sleeping .Is it safe and any side effect

Yes it's safe to take both but in excess quantity Gokshur increases urine output and Ashwagandha might cause gastric upset. Consult with your ayurvedic physician for the correct doses for the related problem that you are having these herbs for.

Yes, you can take both these herbs.It's safe. But my opinion is that any medicine should not be taken with out any doctor's advice. if these medicine prescribed by a ayurvedic physician than it's good. Otherwise consult the ayurvedic physician.

Gokshur(Tribulus  sp) is dirutic So U can  micturate many times during sleep ,both medicines r good tonic & have no side effects large gokshur has rejuvenation while small is dirutic action more
