Hello, Menopause is very important and difficult phase of a woman’s life in which her body goes through various hormonal changes so it is very important in this phase to have calcium and vitamin D3 so that no deficiency occurs . Try to indulge yourself into lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and do moderate exercise on a regular basis. Thank you for your query. And you may also visit us at www.drmongaclinic.com
