Why do you think of using anything for whole life? You can get rid of all these. You may use a paste of besan,  haldi, milk as face pack,  scrub and then wash. Use twice a week. Better will be to consult a doctor in personal because it is needed to judge the type of skin,  acne and scars to suggest some suitable face wash,  sunscreen etc.
