Hello doctor, I want to know that there is any remedy, cream or gel which may help my existing problem of dull skin as well as for old acne scars...pls help me doctor...

Despite of using any cream or gel you should take care of your diet.

You should eat more fruits and fresh vegetables, drink more water and milk. You can use a good face wash and aloevera gel with green tea extracts.
