Blood in stools
Last week on 22july I got foodposion and this week severe constipation unable to bear the pain and added to that I'm seeing clots of blood and watery blood Can I take triphalachurnam for this ? Its like I have urge to go to stool but at the moment I have to struggle first one to come out as it is very hard stool once that comes next stool is okay but I can see Peebles of hard stool in between I can see blood and feel very painful to start the first one to come out Kindly help me

Most likely; you are suffering from ANal Fissure. You should take Sitz Bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of some soothing ointment or coconut oil in the anal region. For normal bowel movement; you can take some stool softening medicine like Haritaki powder. For further support; you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.

U take Arshakutahar ras two tab twice a day. Triphala powder two tsf at bed time with a glass of  warm water. Apply Pilex ointment three times a day .morning after bath,afternoon,and night at bed time. Drink plenty or water,buttermilk everyday. Eat plenty of cooked vegetables,fruits everyday.

Hello Ma'am don't worry Take Isabgol 2 tsf bid with lukewarm milk or water, Take Triphala Churna or Tab Triphala (Himalaya drug) 2-3 tab at night with Lukewarm water, Dadimavleha 2 tsf bid, Take SAUNF Ajwayan pudina boiled and cooled water thrice a day,apply Jatyadi ghrit in anus
