Shatavari helps in PCOD as it is a uterine tonic but taking it alone would not heal PCOD alone as hormonal imbalance, sugar levels...lot many factors have to be treated along .so take proper consultation

Satavari is not helpful in all cases of PCOD. If body weight is more and if cycles are irregular it can even aggravate the delay in cycles since it increases prolactin hormone on long term use.

No need of shatavari .....at the stage of menarche it's normal .....take proper diet and start some physical exercise....some yoga asaans .....it ll be cure ....

Tell her to do regular exercise
