U take Triphala powder two tsf with warmwater in the evening.before 7 pm.
Chandraprabhavati two tab morning after breakfast,and two after lunch.
Reduce ur waterintake after 7 pm.
Eat plenty of cooked vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts.everyday.
Avoid rice,.eat millets.
Check ur urine,blood for sugar.
