Frequent Urine
I normally take Three to four litres of water in a day is there any side effects with more water Some times iam not able to control (hold) urine  even  for 5 minutes. Please suggest if any ayurvedic medicine or remidy for my problem. Thank you

Just drink water sip by sip whenever you feel thirsty. But see that water you drinking should touch your soft palat. This will gradually reduces your thirst. Stop drinking when it gets fulfilled. This method will help you to get control on urine.

Requirements of water for individual isn't on external measurement it's about how ur metabolism need n u utilises for fitness activities.
