Nityam Churna is too strong at this age. You should give her 1 teaspoon of honey in the morning and evening. Ensure proper intake of liquids and fruits. For further support and clinical evaluation please contact reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.

Hello,
Nityam Churan should not be given to a 2.5 yrs of child as it contains Sanai . Instead increase the amount of fibre in your child so diet like plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Instead you can use Triphla syrup from Himalaya 1 spoon morning and 1 spoon night.
