Hiiii.... I'm 30 years old.. from last two weeks I noticed sooo much hair loss occurred when I took head bath...after this when I comb my hair in daily routine then same thing happened ... it made me sooo depressed... then I read online about Halim seeds ..so please suggest me will Halim seeds  beneficial for me or not?...how much i take in one day

My (to be) wife has regular periods every month but before start of periods she used to get pimples and pain in lower stomach also pain in the legs ...and on her first day of periods she used to get loose motion , feelings of vomating, body ache and legs pain with heavy to moderate blood loss on first two days... She is not on any medication but in extrem pain she takes "Meftal spas" tablet suggested by doctor... She dont have any allergic reaction to medicine Please suggest any ayurvedic tablet or syrup which helps in reducing period pain and some therapy

What is the best ayurvedic medicine for Spermatorrhea and indigestion ? Is there any proper medicine for teen plz tell .

डॉक्टर जी मेरे अंडकोष ऊपर नीचे हो गए हैं एक अंडकोष मे दर्द नशो में सूजन ओर दर्द होता है काफी सालों से प्रॉब्लम है school टाइम मे खेलते समय लात लग गई थी उस समय इतनी प्रॉब्लम नहीं थी but अब है और जांघो में अड़ता है अंडकोष मैने थोड़े दिन पहले होमोपथिक दवाई ली थी 2week तक कुछ आराम नहीं हुआ प्लीज help operation नहीं करवाना चाहता हूं आर्मी की tayri कर रहा हूं और क्या करू अंडकोष नस में दर्द के कारण उपर भी दर्द होता है कभी कभी लीवर पास साइड मे किडनी के पास और sir पापा नहीं है इस दुनिया में प्लीज क्या करू ठीक हो जाऊ आगे प्रॉब्लम ना आए और होमोपथी डॉक्टर ने खून टेस्ट किया था रिपोर्ट नॉर्मल की लेकिन ultrasound nhi karvaya or sir mane kafi month pahle करवाया था but रिपोर्ट नॉर्मल थी but muje प्रॉब्लम लगती है मुझे लगता है कहीं vericosele या epaditimas ya pata nhi kya hai please help 🙏

Hi. I am a 33 year old female. I have a weight of 89 kgs. I have started going to the gym along with controlling my diet. But someone has also suggested me to take himalaya Ayurslim capsules for effective results. I wanted to know if there are any side effects of taking it and if I should consider adding it to my regime.

My prakriti Vata. Sir i have constipation due anxiety. And ama create consult so many doctor prescribe chitrakadi vati daily use but due to hot potency it not suit. It increase pitta. my one shoulder joint pain start.Can i use agnitundi vati. Is it also hot like chitrakadi. My motion not complete. Gas occur.

My vata prakriti.I am using arogyavardhani vati, haridrakhand, sarivadyasava,gandhak rasayan,  mahamanjisthadi, khadirarishta bed time panchsakar. I used all for leg itching and constipation due to iron deficiency.  Pitta and vata imbalance. But i have right now throat slight burn. Should i add or remove any medicine. Ama created in morning. What should i do.
